As founder and president of Terra Innovations, Billy pairs modern design with smart technology to develop best-in-class residential, commercial, and industrial assets. He holds a degree from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond, and his career spans business operations, enterprise technology sales, and real estate design, planning, and development. That range lets him balance ingenuity with efficiency and deliver results.
